In many companies, new mentors get a one-hour briefing, then they are on their own. Mentees get advice before anyone has really listened. Mentornity's solution: mentors take badge courses in Mentornity Academy, such as Active Listening and Feedback. Each course takes about two hours and ends with a twenty-question exam. The badge appears on the mentor's profile, and can be added to LinkedIn.
