Transcripción

0:04 Mentors get a view of their own. Daniel, a former VP Sales, sees the startups he works with, how many sessions each one has had, and what is coming up next.
0:18 Office hours take a minute to manage. He publishes recurring hours every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, opens one-off dates, or closes his calendar for a day when something comes up.
0:30 Before a session, he reviews the startup. The Startups page lists every team in the cohort with its stage, sector, and what it needs help with right now.
0:41 Ledgerly's page brings it together: the founders, every session so far, the next one on the calendar, and the mentoring tools he can send before they meet.
0:51 On the meeting page he reads Maya's prep note: the decision she wants to make, and the questions she is bringing. The video link is right there, and his feedback goes straight to the program team.
