0:04 People join a program by invitation, or by applying. In the user list, you see at a glance who was invited, who accepted, and who is active.
0:15 To add people, type them in one by one, or import a whole spreadsheet.
0:21 One by one, you enter an email and a name, and decide whether the invitation goes out now or later.
0:31 Or upload an Excel or CSV file. Sample files are ready to download, and you match the columns to your profile fields.
0:44 You can also open the program for applications. Share the application link, set a closing date, and review each application before people join.
0:57 Every message on the way in is yours: the invitation email, the welcome screen, and the message people see when they finish onboarding.
1:10 You also choose the onboarding steps: profile, extra questions, availability, calendar and video integrations, and connecting an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT.
