In company programs, HR is asked what mentoring actually changed. Meeting counts alone do not answer it. Mentornity's solution: participants set goals at the start and score them again in the middle and at the end. Change is counted only for people who answered both times, so dropouts do not skew it. Each person's own score and their mentor's are shown side by side.
