Matching Models and Settings
1:18 İngilizce Yayın tarihi 29 Ekim 2026 Program ekipleri için
Choose who makes the matches (admins, mentees choosing, or mentor approval), set limits, follow the matching list and actions log, and coordinate pairs from one place.
Metin
- 0:04 First, you decide how matches are made. Admins pair people. Mentees request, and an admin approves. Mentees request, and the mentor approves. Or mentees simply choose a mentor.
- 0:16 Limits keep it fair: how many mentors a mentee can have, how many mentees each mentor takes, and how long a match lasts.
- 0:26 You also decide whether people can be matched again, whether mentors can end a match, and whether both sides get an email when a match starts.
- 0:35 The matching list shows every mentor with their capacity and active matches. Switch to mentees, change a limit, or download and upload matches in bulk.
- 0:47 Every match, change and ending is logged, with who did it, when, and a note on why.
- 1:00 The coordination center follows each pair through the session plan, showing which sessions took place and when, so you can spot a pair that has stalled before it is too late.
- 1:11 Whatever model you choose, the program team keeps a clear view of every match.
