Choose who makes the matches (admins, mentees choosing, or mentor approval), set limits, follow the matching list and actions log, and coordinate pairs from one place.

- 0:04 First, you decide how matches are made. Admins pair people. Mentees request, and an admin approves. Mentees request, and the mentor approves. Or mentees simply choose a mentor.
