0:27 A new email takes a minute. Choose mentors, mentees or both, write the message or let the AI draft it, and use personal fields so each person sees their own name.
0:38 Reminders run on their own. People who have not signed in for 30 days get a friendly nudge, with a separate text for mentors and mentees.
0:48 If a pair has not met for a session, a reminder goes out after the delay you choose. The same works for forms that are still unanswered after a meeting.
