- 0:04 Reaching the whole cohort takes one screen. Mailing and Reminders keeps every email the program sends: who it went to, how many arrived and who opened it.
- 0:15 Rachel writes to the founders about Demo Day. She picks the audience, and Mentornity shows how many people it reaches right now.
- 0:37 A first name field makes every email personal, and people who turned email off or whose address bounces are skipped automatically.
