What Is Mentornity? The Mentoring Platform, Explained
Mentornity is mentoring software for companies, universities, accelerators and communities. Matching, scheduling, structured sessions and reporting sit in one place. What Mentornity does

- Enrollment. Import participants from Excel, or publish application forms for mentors and mentees with auto-accept or manual review. Invitations are tracked: sent, delivered, opened.
- Matching. A rule-based algorithm compares profile fields with weights and mandatory filters and scores every match from 0 to 100. Admins review each match side by side, with every rule marked as met or not, and approve one by one or all at once. The same data always gives the same result.
- Scheduling. Mentors publish one-off or weekly recurring time slots; mentees book them. Zoom, Google Meet and Teams links are created automatically, Jitsi video is built in, and Google and Outlook calendars sync both ways with conflict detection.
- Structure. Programs define sessions: meeting topics with separate briefs for mentor and mentee, date windows, and questions before and after each meeting. Prefer a lighter touch? Freestyle mode with feedback after each meeting works too.
- Engagement. Super Reminders reach the right people: users who never logged in, matches behind on sessions, unfilled forms. Announcements go to mentors, mentees or everyone, with comments open, closed, moderated or admin-only.
- Oversight. Guide & Dashboard scores Program Health across eleven dimensions, such as coverage, momentum and stalled matches. It gives plain advice like “4 mentees are still waiting for a match.” In large programs, the Coordination Center assigns coordinators per match.
- Support. Participants read role-specific guides in the app and send requests to a board all admins share. Replies reach members under the program’s name.
- Recognition and reporting. Rule-based certificates with public verification pages and LinkedIn sharing. Eight report types export as CSV or Excel, or as a PDF with charts.
