Yes. One program can run leadership circles and 1:1 pairs, each with its own sessions and rules.
How is participant privacy protected?
You set who sees contact details for each role. Notes can be private. Joining requires accepting your agreement, and data handling follows GDPR, including the right to erasure.
What can we show funders?
Participation, matches, meetings, session completion, feedback and certificates issued. Export them as charts, Excel or PDF. They are collected automatically.
Can mentors from outside our organization join?
Yes. External mentors apply through a form you review, accept your agreement and see only what their role allows. They sign in with Google, Microsoft or a one-time link.
Is it affordable for a nonprofit?
Programs with up to 10 users are free. Above that one monthly price for 50 active users, shown in your own currency on the pricing page, with no setup fee. Education-linked programs get 50% off.
