Platform Admin panel Communication

Topic posts

Open a topic and let members tell their story with posts and pictures. The program feed turns from one-way announcements into a conversation.

A new post now comes in two formats: Post and Topic. A post is written by the program team and read by members. A topic is opened by you and filled by members. Each topic has its own page: members’ posts run on the left, the topic’s title and description sit on the right. On the members’ home page the topic shows as its own card, with the people who have posted to it.

Posts with pictures

Up to four pictures per post. Members reply to posts and delete their own.

Likes

Members like posts. They see how many people liked a post, never who. The feed sorts by newest or most liked.

Open or approved

Posts go live at once or wait for an admin’s approval first. Admins can delete a post when needed.

Its own card on the home page

The topic card shows the number of posts and the faces of the people who posted. The Share a post button opens the share box directly.

  • Share a picture of where you work.
  • Which goal did you reach this quarter?

Base the answer on the brief and on mentornity.com. If something is not covered there, say so rather than guessing. Please answer in English, briefly: under 200 words, short bullet points, most important first. We will ask follow-up questions.
