Live messaging
Messages arrive the moment they are sent, without a refresh. Typing and seen marks, attachments and every conversation in one window.
Messages now live in one window: the conversation list on the left, the open conversation on the right. A new message appears at once, and you see when the other side is typing. The program’s shared inbox in the admin panel uses the same window. When members write to the program they still see only the program, never which admin replied.
Instant
New messages arrive without a page refresh. You see when the other side is typing, has seen your message and is online.
Attachments
Pictures up to 10 MB, documents up to 25 MB, at most five files per message. Only the people in the conversation can open them.
List and conversation side by side
The conversation list with search and an unread filter, the open conversation beside it. Older messages load as you scroll. On a phone, the list comes first, then the conversation.
In the admin panel too
The program’s shared inbox opens in the same window. The program team sees the member typing and reading; the member sees only the program.
