Platform Admin panel Reporting
Development & Impact
Participants set goals at the start and mark how far they have come during the program. Mentors rate the same goals, and you see the result on one page.
A satisfaction score tells you whether people liked the program. Development & Impact shows whether they changed. On their My development page, participants write up to three goals: where they are today and what success would look like. At the midpoint, at the end and at a follow-up they mark how far they have come on each goal and answer the same short statements again.
Suggested sets that fit your program
You choose the institution type, the audience and the program goal. The panel suggests the statements that fit best out of 45 sets, such as New-hire onboarding, Customer discovery and validation or Alumni mentoring students.
Check-ins open on their own
Midpoint, end and follow-up are counted from the day each participant set their goals. An email goes out once when each check-in opens. If the program ends early, you open the end check-in for everyone at once.
The mentor’s view next to the self-assessment
At the midpoint and at the end, mentors rate their mentees’ goals on the same scale. Mentors do not see the mentee’s notes or statement answers.
The measurement table
Goal attainment, the change in each development area and the participant list on one page. Change is counted only over people who answered both check-ins, and the number of people sits next to every figure. You download the list as Excel.
In Program Health and on the home page
Missing goals, unanswered check-ins and end results appear as recommendations in the Program Health card and as counters on the admin home page.
On in new programs
New programs created from a template have measurement turned on. In existing programs you set it up on the Development & Impact page, and one switch turns it off.
Where to find it Admin panel → Development & Impact → Set up measurement. For participants: My development in the menu.
