Platform Participant experience

Guides and Presentations in Support

Mentors and mentees find the presentations and guides that fit their role and their program in the Support window.

The Support window in the platform has a new Guides and presentations tab. It shows the presentations and guides chosen for the program’s type and the person’s role, each with its poster. Everything opens in the member’s platform language.

Presentations for the role and the program

A mentor in an entrepreneurship program sees, for example, the presentation on diagnosing before advising in the first meeting. Mentees see the presentations written for their role. When a program type has no presentation of its own, the first steps presentation is shown.

Tool guides

When mentoring tools are on in the program, the mentor or mentee presentation of each tool is listed too. Tools the program has turned off are left out.

The guides are here too

The Mentor Guide, the Mentee Guide and the video meetings guide open from here. All guides leads to the guides page.
