Mentornity Academy and badges
Mentors build skills through short courses and earn a badge they can share once they pass the exam.
The Academy sits in the members’ left menu. It holds decks and guides for the program’s type and the member’s role. Mentors have seven competency badges: each badge moves through short decks and practice rounds and ends with an exam. A mentor who passes earns the badge, shares its page and adds it to LinkedIn.
Decks and practice
Each badge is made of modules. Under every badge the mentor sees their progress: how many decks and practice rounds are done.
The exam
20 questions, 30 minutes, pass mark 80. Scenario questions score the best and the worst option separately. There are three tries, 24 hours apart.
A badge to share
A badge is valid for two years. The mentor chooses what the public badge page shows. The badge can be added to LinkedIn.
A mark beside the name
Badge holders get a small mark beside their name: on the profile card, in the mentor list and in the participant directory.
