Admin panel Access & security

Admin roles

Give every admin a role that fits their job. You decide who can change what and who can see what.

A program’s admins no longer need the same rights. On Users → Admins every admin now has a role. The ready roles cover everyday needs, and when you need something else you pick the switches one by one. Admins without a role stay Full admins, so nothing that works today changes.

Full admin and Program manager

A Full admin does everything. A Program manager does everything too, except adding admins and touching integration keys.

Assistant

Runs the day-to-day work: matches, meetings, announcements and messages. Adds or removes nobody, changes no settings, exports nothing and sees no e-mail addresses or phone numbers.

Observer

Follows the program: dashboard, reports and names. Changes nothing. Sees no e-mail addresses, phone numbers, form answers or notes.

Custom role

Pick any set of Can do and Can see switches. Anything switched off is view-only, and the dashboard is open to every admin.

Mentornity AI follows the role

Anyone can talk to the assistant. A proposal card is approved only by an admin who could press the same button in the panel.

Where to find it Admin panel → Users → Admins → Role. Across several programs at once: Customer panel → Authorized people → Give a role in bulk.

Keep your program open to the right people only

Please read https://www.mentornity.com/whats-new/admin-roles/llms.txt. It is Mentornity’s brief for the page https://www.mentornity.com/whats-new/admin-roles/. We run, or are planning, a mentoring program. Tell us the five most important concrete benefits Mentornity would bring to our program, for the program team, mentors and mentees. Base the answer on the brief and on mentornity.com. If something is not covered there, say so rather than guessing. Please answer in English, briefly: under 200 words, short bullet points, most important first. We will ask follow-up questions.
