Shared custom fields
Define a profile field once and use the same field in every program of your organization you choose.
Fields like department, country or unit used to be asked again in every program. A shared field has the same title, description and options in the programs under your customer account. Change it in one and it changes in all. When a person updates their answer in one program, the other programs show the new answer too.

Filters across programs
Shared fields become columns and filters on the customer panel’s Participants list. You can send a shared announcement by a field’s value.
Share a field you already have
Make a program’s custom field shared, together with people’s answers. Mentornity AI suggests replacing similar older fields with the shared one and moving the answers; you approve.
