Select, download and copy in lists
Download what you see in the list. Add the people you select to another program, and get everything a member did in one file.
Mentors, Mentees, Groups, form responses, the Matching List and Applications now support row selection. The download menu names the filters that apply and says how many rows you will get. The Match window is new too: every candidate is sorted by score, and a candidate without a score says why.
Know what you download
Download only the selected rows, the rows loaded on screen or everything matching the filters. The filters in use are listed in the menu.
Add to another program
Add the mentors and mentees you select to another program. People already there are skipped, and the invitation e-mail goes out only if you tick it.
Everything a member did
Download all activity on a person’s page puts their meetings and notes, forms, matches, tools and attachments in one zip file. Ready for personal data requests.
Score order in the Match window
Every candidate is sorted by score. A candidate who misses a required rule or has an empty profile is not dropped but shown with the reason.
Where to find it Admin panel → Users → select rows → Download or Add to another program. A person’s page → Download all activity.
