0:04 Certificates reward the people who complete your program. You set the rules, see who qualifies, publish, and each person gets a certificate they can share.
0:14 The rules are simple. Choose whether mentors, mentees or both can earn one, then pick the sessions that must be held, and if you like, the forms that must be filled in after them.
0:26 Who qualifies is a live list. It shows exactly what each person is still missing. You can grant a certificate anyway, or publish to everyone who qualifies with one click.
