- 0:04 Mailing and Reminders is your program's mailbox. Every email the program has sent is listed here: who it went to, how many were delivered, and how many people opened it.
- 0:15 Open any email for the full picture. This mid-program check-in reached all 65 mentees, and 69% opened it. You can see each person's status, and the exact message that went out.
- 0:27 A new email takes a minute. Choose mentors, mentees or both, write the message or let the AI draft it, and use personal fields so each person sees their own name.
- 0:38 Reminders run on their own. People who have not signed in for 30 days get a friendly nudge, with a separate text for mentors and mentees.
- 0:48 If a pair has not met for a session, a reminder goes out after the delay you choose. The same works for forms that are still unanswered after a meeting.
- 0:59 Posts are the program's news feed. You choose who sees each post, send it by email with one click, and members can comment on it.
- 1:11 Events cover webinars, masterclasses and in-person meetups. Members register on the event page, get a calendar invite, and you can see seats filling up.
