0:14 Joshua's request is waiting for her. She sees his role, department and full profile, then accepts or declines. If she declines, Joshua simply chooses another mentor.
0:25 Under My Availabilities, she publishes the hours mentees can book: weekly hours, one-off dates, and a quick way to close her calendar when something comes up.
0:36 The Super Meeting Planner plans all of her remaining sessions at once. It follows the program's rhythm, reads both calendars, and shows every meeting before anything is created.
