Personal emails to the whole cohort, and automatic nudges for sign-ins, meetings and feedback forms.
Transkript
- 0:04 Reaching the whole cohort takes one screen. Mailing and Reminders keeps every email the program sends: who it went to, how many arrived and who opened it.
- 0:15 Rachel writes to the founders about Demo Day. She picks the audience, and Mentornity shows how many people it reaches right now.
- 0:37 A first name field makes every email personal, and people who turned email off or whose address bounces are skipped automatically.
- 0:47 Then the reminders run on their own. Mentors and founders who have not signed in for thirty days get a nudge to come back.
- 0:56 Founders who have not booked a meeting ten days after joining hear about it, and so do mentors nobody has booked yet.
- 1:06 And a week after each session, anyone who skipped the feedback form gets a short reminder. The program team stops chasing, and the data keeps coming in.
