- 0:04 Standard rules compare values. The AI rule goes one step further. It reads what people write in their own words, and scores how well a mentor and a mentee fit.
- 0:15 Only the fields you choose are sent. Names, email addresses and contact details never are, and nothing is processed until you run a calculation. The AI returns a score, not text.
- 0:27 In this program, the rule reads the mentor's About me, and what the mentee hopes to get from mentoring, and checks whether the two complement each other.
- 0:39 When you add one, you pick a free-text field on each side. Then you choose shared ground or complementary, and a theme for your audience. Like any rule, it can be mandatory, and it carries a weight.
- 0:55 Now we calculate. The AI reads each text once, and every pair is scored with all your rules together.
- 1:03 The summary shows how many texts were read. The proposals still wait for your approval.
- 1:12 Open a strong pair. The mentor's story and what the mentee hopes to get line up, so the AI rule matched, in green, next to the standard rules.
- 1:22 In this one, the AI found no real link between the two texts, so that rule didn't count. The other rules still fit, and the decision is yours.
- 1:32 So the AI suggests, and you stay in control of every match.
