Follow live activity and to-do progress, collect feedback forms, measure goal progress with Development & Impact, and export reports as CSV, Excel or PDF.

- 0:04 User Activities shows what is happening right now: meetings created or canceled, new availability, and meeting notes. You can filter by type or search for a person.
- 0:15 To-do lists guide each side through the program. For every item you see how many people have completed it, started it, or not begun yet.
- 0:25 Forms collect feedback when it matters, like a mid-program check-in and an end-of-program evaluation, with separate questions for mentors and mentees.
- 0:35 Development and Impact measures real change. Participants set goals at the start, then rate their progress at the mid-point, the end and a follow-up, and mentors rate the same goals. Here, 56 of 75 members have already set goals.
- 0:50 Reports turn all of this into numbers you can share: meeting summaries, full meeting lists, who meets with whom, and who has not met yet.
- 1:00 Every report can be downloaded as CSV, Excel or PDF, and Explain with AI writes a short summary of what the report shows.
