KPMG Türkiye counted 360 startup deals in 2025, up from 331 in 2024. Total deal volume fell from $2.6 billion to $1.4 billion over the same period, which KPMG attributes to the absence of a mega deal in 2025.

TÜBİTAK, the national research council, runs the 1812 BiGG Yatırım programme in three stages: accelerator, pre-seed investment and seed investment. In the pre-seed stage the BiGG fund takes at most a 5% stake, and in the seed stage the seed fund takes at most 10%. Accelerator-stage organisations for 2026-2028 have been selected.
