The Ankara Development Agency reports that more than 3,000 Ankara-based startups received a total of $331 million in investment between 2018 and 2025. In 2025 alone, $41 million was invested across 59 deals.

According to figures shared at the agency's ecosystem report review, Ankara has 21 universities, 14 technoparks, 18 technology transfer offices, 10 TEKMERs and more than 20 accelerator programs.
