0:04 This is the admin panel of a structured mentoring program for employees. The dashboard shows the live numbers: active mentors and mentees, matches, meetings in the last 30 days, and the program's health.
0:18 Below, you follow the getting-started checklists members tick off on their home page, and any support requests they open.
0:25 The program overview sums up how it runs: one-to-one mentoring, matches made by the program team, guided sessions, and who can book meetings or send messages.
0:35 Under Users, every mentor and mentee is listed with their profile answers. You choose the columns, add private notes, email the list, or download it.
0:49 The profile questions are yours. Add text, single or multiple choice fields, make them required, and let the AI suggest questions for your audience.
1:01 Open anyone to see everything in one place. Abigail is matched with Emily, and you can follow their meetings so far.
1:09 Her profile holds the answers matching uses: role, department, location, and in her own words, what she hopes to get from mentoring.
1:19 Program settings cover the rest: the name, audience and goal, the cover and logo, and the description members read when they join, which the AI can help you write.
1:29 Other tabs decide onboarding, who creates meetings, privacy, mentoring tools and language. Everything can be adjusted while the program runs.
