Sebrae, the national small business support service, reported in 2025 that its Sebrae Startups platform had served about 21 thousand startups across Brazil. It also counted 240 local innovation ecosystems covering about 358 municipalities.

Centelha is a federal program that funds early-stage startups through state research foundations. Its second edition supported 1,142 companies with R$97 million in 26 states. The third edition, launched in 2025, plans R$155 million for more than 1,100 initiatives.
