Estonian startups raised €293 million in 2025 and accounted for 73% of all Baltic Series A rounds, according to the Baltic Startup Funding Report 2025. Estonian pre-seed investment doubled year on year, and 43% of Baltic deals in 2025 included a foreign investor.

Startup Estonia, the government's startup programme, tracks 1,556 startups using tax data. Their turnover reached €3.53 billion in the first nine months of 2025, and they employed 15,023 people in the third quarter of 2025.
