Startups in Spain raised €3,108 million in 2025, 3% below the €3,197 million of 2024, according to the Fundación Innovación Bankinter startup observatory. The number of rounds rose 11% to 376.

ENISA, the state-owned innovation lender, offers participating loans of €25,000 to €1.5 million to startups and small businesses, without guarantees and without taking a stake. Repayment can run up to 7 years, with up to 2 years of capital grace.
