Coordinators Assigned by Rules
Give coordinators extra fields, and rules assign them to matches automatically.
You no longer have to assign coordinators one by one. You write rules that compare a coordinator’s details with the mentor’s or the mentee’s. Preview, then assign in one click.
Extra fields for coordinators
On the Coordinators tab, define fields such as city or unit and fill in each coordinator’s answer.
Same or different
A rule compares a coordinator field with a mentor or mentee field. The condition is when the same, or when different.
AND or OR
Combine conditions within a group and across groups with AND or OR.
Preview first
Save and preview lists who will be assigned. An existing coordinator is never removed.
New matches too
If you want, the rules apply by themselves to every new match you approve or import from Excel.
