Matching From the Mentee Side
You can now start from a mentee and pick the mentor who fits them best.
Until now, matching algorithm results were listed by mentor. Now you can also view them by mentee. Pick a mentee and every mentor is ranked by score.
Mentor or mentee view
Switch the view with the yellow selector at the top of the Calculations table. Each mentee shows its pending suggestions, highest score first.
Every mentor in one list
The Match button ranks all mentors for that mentee. Score, capacity and profile fields sit side by side.
Capacity at a glance
Mentors with no free places are marked. You can show only those with room left.
Approve where you always do
Choosing a mentor opens the match details. Once you approve, the row turns Matched.
Where to find it Admin panel → Matching → Matching Algorithm → Mentees. The mentee view of the Matching List has the same button.
