Choose Which Video Tools Your Program Uses
You can remove the video call tools you do not want from your program.
Program Settings now has a switch for In-platform video, Jitsi Meet, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. A tool you turn off cannot be used for new meetings or availability.
One switch per tool
Each tool has its own card with a switch. At least one tool stays on.
Members see why
A closed tool stays in the pickers, locked, and says the program team does not allow it.
Nothing already set up breaks
Availability and meetings already on a closed tool keep working. The My availability page shows those hours and offers to move them to a tool that is still on.
