Invite Someone Without an Account to a Call
People from outside the platform can join In-Platform Video calls with a meeting code.
You do not need to open an account for a guest expert or a partner to bring them into a call. The meeting’s participants and the program admins create a meeting code. The guest joins with the code or the invitation link and only types their name.
Code, link and invitation
Invite a guest on the meeting page prepares the meeting code, an invitation link and an invitation text you can copy.
Already in the invitation
The meeting email and the calendar invitation carry the join link and the meeting code by themselves.
From inside the call
During the call, the invite button in the top bar opens the same window.
You stay in control
A code works for that one call only and opens 30 minutes before it starts. The guest’s name is marked Guest. New code or Turn off guest access stops new joins right away.
