Time Limits for Matches

Matches complete automatically at the end of the period you set; everyone is notified on time.

Set a matching duration of 1-18 months for your program. Expired matches are completed automatically, and both sides are notified by email.

Flexible setting

The default is "no limit"; pick any duration between 1 and 18 months.

Auto completion

Expired matches are completed by the system, with an automatic note on the match.

Reminder 15 days ahead

Both sides receive a reminder email 15 days before the end date.

Visible end date

Users see the automatic end date on their match page.
